Carl Whitlatch
Carl Whitlatch is the Northwest Ohio Multi-Area Director. He is also the acting Director of West Ohio FCA.
Carl and his wife Jenny, reside in New Bremen, OH with their 6 children.
Marcail K-Manuel
Marcail Kightlinger-Manuel is the Administrative Assistant for Northwest Ohio and West Ohio FCA supporting Carl Whitlatch. Marcail and her husband, John reside in Lima, OH.
Jessica Overley
Jessica Overley is Prospective Staff for All-Abilities in West Ohio FCA. Jessica and her husband Nathan, reside in St. Marys, OH.
